ROADMAP
Honest progress, no fake promises. Some features are live today, some are planned for upcoming releases, and some are being explored. Here's the full picture.

LIVE TODAY
Every tool here is in the current build. Try the demo to see two of them in action; buy on itch to get the full set.
Right-click dodecagon menu, ten tools, sub-radials, hover descriptions.
Fire, lightning, ice, poison, faerie fire — all animated, all stackable.
5e-accurate cones, lines, spheres, circles. Calibrated to your map.
Single-line and multi-point measurement. Chebyshev or 5/10 diagonals.
Three concentric rotating rune rings. The wow-moment effect.
Day, night, normal. Full-screen color washes for mood.
Adjustable color, opacity, and size for ungridded maps.
Labeled markers — chests, doors, NPCs. Rotatable labels.
d4 through d100, modifiers, advantage/disadvantage. Banner display.
One-time scale lock. Drag a known distance, save, forget.
Animation intensity, cursor size, snap, multi-place, sound toggle.
Static images or looping video battlemaps. Both supported.

PLANNED
These are the next things on the build list. Order may shift based on what's actually useful at the table.
Higher-quality versions of the existing effects using WebGL shaders. Crisper visuals, more atmospheric, same drop-anywhere workflow.
Smoke, blood spray, glowing auras, runes, torch sigils. Same engine, broader library.
One-shot SFX tied to placements — crackling fire, electric arc, dice rolling clatter. Optional per-effect.
Ambient music loops keyed to scene tints. Tavern, dungeon, combat, ritual. Crossfade between cues.
Compact overlay panel showing turn order. Optional. Stays out of the way until you need it.
Optional HP bars or numeric tags that pin to map locations and follow movements.
Separate DM control window driving a player-facing display. Useful for two-monitor setups.
UI for managing custom radial slices, presets, themes, and effect bundles.

EXPLORING
Not committed, not promised — just things being prototyped or considered. If any of these grab you, let me know on the Discord.
Rain, snow, fog particle layers that overlay any battlemap.
For DMs running infrared touch frames over their battlemap TV. Multi-touch input handling.
Reveal-as-you-go masking for exploration scenes.
Pre-save encounter setups (tints, music, sound, planned spell placements) and trigger them with one click.
Stat blocks and visual tokens for use alongside the overlay. Less a VTT replacement, more a quick reference.
Drop named loot or trap markers with brief flavor text. Hover-to-reveal.
Everything in the LIVE list above is in the current build. Updates are pushed to itch as new versions ship.
